This photo documentary captures the transitional time from trauma to rehabilitation of affected children in Nigeria. Transitions is not only a snapshot of stolen innocence by those we trust, but it seeks to surface stories of triumph, hope and resilience of society’s most vulnerable.  Across race, class, gender, and location, violence against children is deep-seated in the moral decay of family units world over. The photo exhibition advocates for victors of physical, emotional and sexual abuse, who are currently under the care of professionals attempting to heal and restore their dignity.
